Processing Time

All of our products are made-to-order just for you. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and created before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@goated.in. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Undelivered Orders

If a courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incomplete address, customer unavailability, or other issues, the order will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment to a new or corrected address, and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you select Cash on Delivery, please ensure you have the correct amount of cash ready upon delivery to avoid any delays or returns.
