Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your GOATED purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

All of our products are made-to-order just for you. This ensures every piece is crafted with care and meets our high-quality standards. This unique production process is why our policy is specific. Please note that all purchases are final, and orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

We perform several quality checks, but in the rare event that you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement.

  • To be eligible, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide an unboxing video and clear pictures of the damaged product and the original packaging.

  • Please email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the unboxing video and photos.

Wrong Size or Unwanted Items

We do not offer refunds or replacements for a wrong size ordered or for items without any defects. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order. If you still wish to get a new size, a new order will have to be placed at your expense.

Exchanges

To ensure you get your new item as quickly as possible, the fastest way to exchange is to place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded for your original purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost in Transit

If your item is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or send a replacement once the shipping status officially marks the item as lost.

Important Details

  • Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is required for all damage claims. Without it, we cannot verify the cause, and we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.

  • Color Discrepancy: We strive for color accuracy. However, due to differences in monitor and screen settings, the colors of our products may vary slightly from what you see online. Please be aware that these subtle variations are normal.
